Foundation stone of this branch was laid on 22 March 1997 by some of the most prominent personalities of our society. These included Bhai Sahib Bhai Ranjit Singh, the then Jathedar of Akal Takhat sahib, Bhai Manjit Singh, Jathedar of takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib, Sri Sunder Lal Ji Bahuguna, noted environmentalist, S. Bhagwant Singh Ji Dilawari from Tapovan, Maharashtra And Baba Karam Singh Ji.

The complex was inaugurated on 25th March, 2001 and has accommodation for 200 patients. A girl’s hostel and an Old Age Home have also been added.

Many Pingalwara girls are pursuing
their higher studies from this branch.
