Since April 2002, Pingalwara has been in constant touch with Childline and Child Welfare Committee, Chandigarh . Any one in distress found by Childline is informed telephonically to Pingalwara and required help of providing temporary shelter to lost persons or permanent refuge, medicines and care is provided by Pingalwara. So far 17 children have been rescued.
With the help of social workers working with various medical establishments; Govt Medical College and Hospital, PGI) post-operative care, help for recovery and recuperation,medicines and upkeep on as required basis is provided to destitute patients. Up to 15th April 2005 , 33 patients have been provided with the required help.

Under Revised Nation TB Control Program(RNTCP) Pingalwara Palsora has been regularly adminstering medicines to the TB patients, monitoring their condition and keeping up-to-date records on them.
